My responsibilities inlcude:
Participate in content creation from conceptualization through the various stages of execution, to include: Research/Writing/Studio/Field Work/Post and Voiceover direction.
Spearhandle the 5 Day document (a document that organizes the structure and shoots on the show)
Handle/Write Instant Access, a less than 12 second segment on Access.
Assist producers in locating and obtaining footage and soundbites.
Assist producers in the field on shoots.
Assist producers in setting up segments.

Log other materials as needed by the producers of the show.

Production Coordinator and Administrative Assistant with Mishu Music for "Escala Sonora" - a Miami-based event series that focuses on Latin indie/alternative music.
My responsibilities included:
Coordinate pre-production, on-site, and post-production tasks for live events.
Stay updated with all email threads regarding Escala Sonora events, including booking details, contracts, technical riders, hospitality requirements, venue coordination, ticketing, promotional assets, and all matters related to show production.
Assist the CEO with general admin duties including research with artist flights, backline quotes, scouting locations/venues, ground transport, catering, guest lists, and all hospitality needs.
Supervise and assist on event days in all production matters, including sound-checks, artist transport, hotel check-ins, and any miscellaneous needs that arise.
Assist in documenting the shows with photo/video for social media as well as liaise with any contracted media personnel.

Freelance Producer for "Fortuna Bakery & Cafe" - a Latin bakery based in Orlando, Florida.
My responsibilities included:
Manage the production of the "Fortuna Bakery" commercial and infomercials.
Partner with the camera operator to shoot the scenes.
Partner with the camera operator to edit the project.
Assist the camera operator with setting up the interview space and checking the audio.

Associate Producer later turned Producer for the short-form series "For the Cultura" - a daily, digital, Latinx entertainment news show on Quibi.
My responsibilities included:
Pitching, writing, and producing segments for each episode; 10 stories a week.
Working closely with the pre-production and post-production team to fact check scripts, b-roll, SOTs, edit packages, graphics, and review master edits along with sources/credits.
Uploading footage on iNews and Dali.
Lining scripts on iNews for the editors.
Segment and Field Producing celebrity interviews.
Operating the Teleprompter during recordings.
Writing the metadata for each episode for both the Quibi app and Telemundo's YouTube channel.
SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENT:
Created click-worthy thumbnails that would influence more traffic to the show.

Associate Producer for "Latinx Now!" - a bilingual entertainment news show on both Telemundo and E! News.
My responsibilities included:
Pitching stories and ideas that kept our audience both informed and engaged.
Segment and Field Producing celebrity interviews.
Writing the script and discussion points for the hosts in both English and Spanish; 3-5 stories per episode.
Searching, downloading, and processing all photos and videos through Getty Images, Splash, and then Dali to give them the look and feel of the show.
Sitting down with the Line Producer to review the rundown before each show to make sure all images are properly inserted on iNews and that we're good with our TRT.
Writing the text for banners, headlines, reaction boxes, and lower thirds in English and Spanish for both versions of the show.
Writing the metadata for the show's entire episode, four segments, and extra clips.
Handling logistics (set up talent and make-up schedule, organize meetings, and communicate/set up with guests)
Operating the Teleprompter during recordings.
Assisted with the launch of the "Daily Show" on Latinx Now's YouTube channel.

Chyron producer for Latinx Now's live red carpet special of the 2019 People's Choice Awards.

Production Assistant/Intern for the three-time Emmy Award Winning Morning Show, "Un Nuevo Día" on Telemundo. (now known as "Hoy Día")
My responsibilities included:
Assisting segment producers and reporters with producing, filming, editing, and writing segments during the live taping, pre and post-production.
Handling on set tasks, such as handing out cue cards to the talent, passing on communication from the Floor Manager to the talent, and helping the production design team with moving around set pieces.
Collaborating with the digital media team to cross-promote products on set.
